As an executive assistant, you will...

Support the SVP, Digital North America by representing the leader and the leadership team with a high level of interpersonal savvy and efficiencyHandles confidential and sensitive information with internal and external contacts with a high level of professionalism and composure.Lead the day-to-day support of calendaring, travel, invoices, expenses, and other administrative functionsForward-thinking, proactive, reliable, and act with integrity Collaborate with support partners supporting leadership within CMP (Customer, Marketing & Product Experience) team and across the broader enterpriseUnderstands rhythm of business to anticipate executive's needs, prioritizes team deliverables, and cascades information to admin teamOrganize and schedule team meetings, both in person and virtual, either leveraging audiovisual equipment, or setting up meeting facilities Schedule executive domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures. Proactively address all aspects of the executive's travel to ensure productivity and safety

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
