Job Description

Join Veolia Water Technologies Solutions in Minnetonka, MN as a Facility & Maintenance Manager responsible for driving the maintenance vision, strategy, and execution at our manufacturing site.

This role aims to establish a top-notch maintenance organization with high asset reliability and uptime. The goal is to create a safer, more profitable, and competitive manufacturing site. By actively seeking improvement opportunities, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring measurable performance, you will help maximize asset efficiency, assist in meeting production targets, and drive operational excellence in a sustainable manner. Collaborating closely with the Reliability Engineer/Manager, you will lead the implementation of an asset reliability program.

Core Maintenance responsibilities:
  • Drive a safety-first culture and oversee preventative measures
  • Ensure team member training compliance and participate in safety improvement initiatives
  • Develop a site Vision & Mission for Maintenance in partnership with operational teams
  • Implement a world-class preventive/predictive maintenance framework sitewide
  • Foster a partnership culture with operations for continuous improvement of maintenance practices
  • Maximize maintenance team efficiency and contribute to internal projects
  • Plan and execute timely Preventative Maintenance with the team.
  • Manage the site maintenance budget and oversee facility contract management
  • Provide leadership to the Maintenance organization
  • Establish maintenance KPIs and ensure compliance with schedules, backlog, and more
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing or engineering discipline OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of operational leadership experience
  • Desired Qualifications (a plus):
  • TPM, Reliability Center Maintenance experience
  • Capital planning experience
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
  • Experience with Maximo and SAP systems
