Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Public Storage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our self-storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess Customer Needs: Meet with customers to understand their storage needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Sell Storage Solutions: Offer and sell storage units, packing and moving supplies, and other related services to customers.
  • Inspect Storage Units: Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, secure, and ready for rental.
  • Manage Cash and Inventory: Count and reconcile cash drawers, make bank deposits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Communicate with Customers: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, walk in/outdoors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
