Ensure employees and managers receive necessary safety training and consistently work safely; develop and implement safety programs to reduce accidents and injuries.

Administer the operational system, resources, and procedures.
Coordinate priorities with other business units to manage resources.

Lead all phases of site operations, including inventory management, quality control, value-added services, maintenance, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and billing.
Conduct financial analysis of the operational budget and aggressively manage expenses.
Forecast resources and track company progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee internal workflows and organizational development, directing all staff-related activities.
Prepare for peak season and manage volume according to business unit seasonality.
Collaborate with customers and transportation representatives to evaluate and promote services.
Improve productivity through efficient scheduling and adherence to SOPs.
Apply problem-solving methodologies (A3 or 8D).
Review operating reports and resolve operational and maintenance problems to minimize costs and prevent delays.
Coordinate with clients and senior staff to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs and improve quality.
