Responsibilities:
The Distribution Fulfillment Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, acting as a business owner for their designated area. This includes total management of the square footage under their responsibility, order fulfillment, and distribution. The role requires providing leadership to employees, ensuring flawless performance and results, executing functional business plans, and contributing to the development of operational strategies throughout the supply chain. Forecast resources and track company progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee internal workflows and organizational development, directing all staff-related activities.
Prepare for peak season and manage volume according to business unit seasonality.
Collaborate with customers and transportation representatives to evaluate and promote services.
