Glazer's Beer and Beverage, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and participating in warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide training and work direction to warehouse workers
  • Receive and check in merchandise from in-bound shipments and compare to purchase orders or other documents
  • Fulfill customer orders
  • Load delivery trucks and other outbound shipments
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any safety concerns
  • Meet operational efficiency goals and perform other job-related duties as assigned

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Plus 1 year of experience in a warehouse or related environment
  • Forklift certification in accordance with OSHA regulations

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience with warehouse software and systems
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Good organizational and time management skills
