Wir suchen einen qualifizierten Vollzeit-Kundensupport-Spezialisten (m/w/d) für unseren Kundenservice. Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin, an der Hotline für unser Softwareprodukt FILAKS.PLUS zu arbeiten. Unsere Hotline-Agenten spielen eine entscheidende Rolle im Kundenservice, da sie direkt mit Kunden in Kontakt stehen und dabei helfen, Probleme zu lösen oder Fragen zu beantworten.

So könnte Ihr Tag aussehen:

  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen bei der Nutzung von FILAKS.PLUS.
  • Fehleranalyse und -korrektur.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsteams, Beratung, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb.
  • Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im ERP-System.
  • Erstellung von Maßnahmen- und Prozessanweisungen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Key Accounts und institutionellen Kunden.
  • Überwachung interner Hotline-Prozesse und Steigerung der Effizienz des Supports.
  • Aktive Teilnahme an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von FILAKS.PLUS.

Über Sie:

  • Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und/oder in der IT – oder in vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten, vorzugsweise im administrativen oder IT-Bereich eines Autohauses.
  • Fähigkeit, sich mit einem komplexen Softwareprodukt vertraut zu machen.
  • Kenntnisse in Französisch und Deutsch.
  • Tiefe Kenntnisse in der Verwendung von Microsoft-Produkten.
  • Datenbankerfahrung: MSSQL (wünschenswert).
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu identifizieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Empathie, Geduld und Belastbarkeit.
  • Effiziente und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.

Nous recherchons un spécialiste qualifié du support client à temps plein pour notre service client (H/F/D). Votre mission consiste à travailler sur la hotline client pour notre produit logiciel FILAKS.PLUS.   • Élaboration d'instructions d'action et de processus.
  • Collaboration avec les clients clés et les clients institutionnels.
  • Surveillance des processus internes de la hotline et amélioration continue de FILAKS.PLUS.

À propos de vous :

  • Formation dans le domaine commercial et/ou informatique, ou dans des activités comparables, de préférence dans le domaine administratif ou informatique d'une concession automobile.
  • Capacité à se familiariser avec un produit logiciel complexe.
  • Connaissance du français et de l'allemand.
  • Connaissances approfondies de l'utilisation des produits Microsoft.
  • Expérience en bases de données : MSSQL (souhaitable).
  • Capacité à identifier des problèmes complexes et à élaborer des solutions.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale.
