Global Support Specialist (Onboarding)
Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
CSC's Global Subsidiary Management (GSM) Team offers corporate compliance and governance services to Fortune 500 companies in more than 140 countries around the globe. By partnering with CSC, clients reduce the complexities associated with international business. Our local presence, coupled with CSC's robust affiliate network, assists our clients with their subsidiaries' compliance obligations, regardless of where in the world they are registered.
As a Global Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the successful transfer of international entities for new GSM clients. In this role, you will be required to collaborate with third-party vendors and GSM Service Team members to collect all necessary KYC Due Diligence and ensure applicable filings are completed with international registries.
Someone who loves problem solving, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position. This role requires a strong ability to prioritize, a high-level of organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively given minimal direction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving as the project manager to oversee the onboarding of GSM Service
  • Management of communication received from customers and third-party vendors via Salesforce CRM
  • Timely review, response, and initiation of all client requests
  • Research and evaluation of jurisdictional requirements necessary for transfer
  • Liaise between the customer and third-party vendor to process any applicable filings
  • Ability to communicate and collect requirements necessary for KYC Due Diligence
  • Assisting with customer questions and providing on-the-spot status updates
  • Facilitating client and/or vendor calls to provide updates on the status of the project
  • Managing the accuracy of all client information in our Company Records and Entity Management applications

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Office
  • A high level of comfort preparing spreadsheets (Pivot tables and v-lookups)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
