Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join as a Client Support Specialist. This position plays a critical role in bolstering the security posture of esteemed projects (clients), ensuring the integrity of their code bases, protecting user funds, and rewarding skilled security researchers (whitehat hackers) for their efforts. As an integral part of Immunefi's support function, you will play a key role in orchestrating seamless assistance for projects and collaborating closely with security researchers to maintain a robust defense against potential threats to Web3 users.


Role Overview

As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between projects, security researchers, and Immunefi, playing a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing strong relationships at the heart of the Web3-security ecosystem. Your core responsibilities will encompass maintaining regular communication with projects, facilitating the coordination of bug reports and rewards, managing diverse information requests, and ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders. Your expertise in support and mediations will be instrumental in harmonizing interactions and enhancing collaboration across all parties involved.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with projects and security researchers to provide updates on bug reports, reward payments, and program milestones
  • Assist projects on Immunefi's platform and ensure collaborative interactions with hackers
  • Coordinate follow-ups with projects on various topics such as bug report approvals and mediations
  • Manage inbound information requests and ensure timely responses to all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong adaptability to embrace change and explore innovative methods for problem-solving
  • Dependable with experience in a fast-paced environments with quick decision-making abilities
  • Ability to communicate technical and security related information effectively to non-expert-stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack applications
  • Strong written & verbal English communication skills
  • Technical proficiency and strong interest in areas like Blockchain, Crypto, DeFi, and Smart Contracts are preferred
  • Excellent presentation, human relations, and organizational skills
