Within the WW Prime org, the Engagement and Member CX team's mission is to connect Prime members in every Prime locale with the benefits that come with membership, ensuring they get the most out of their membership, while delighting them at every interaction.


The team is looking for a Senior Product Manager-Technical to own key product areas within the Engagement & Member CX space.

A product manager in this role will have the chance to learn deeply about operating membership programs and about our global Prime member base.

They will have the chance to showcase the breadth of their product skillsets, building customer-facing products while owning a technical roadmap for their space, working with stakeholders across WW Prime, Prime locales, Prime benefit teams, and other teams across Amazon.


The right candidate will be able to dive deeply into a broad set of Prime benefit and customer experiences with curiosity about the unique issues and experiences that impact customers in each locale.

They will be adept at deriving insights from large and complex data sets using SQL and BI tools, and using those insights to define new product spaces, while challenging existing thinking.

They will need to be able to navigate a range of technical systems while building a technical roadmap that prioritizes our global scale.

They should be fluent in UX design choices and strategies.

And, they will be passionate about evangelizing insights across Amazon teams globally, working closely with a broad group of partner teams and stakeholders, and creating mechanisms that help accelerate our mission.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own our global engagement baseline initiative, working with Prime locale teams WW to deeply understand customer needs in each locale, and working backwards from the customer to determine what engagement experiences should be consistent WW for every Prime member
  • Raise the bar on the Prime member CX WW, exploring new and innovative ways to reach members where they are and engage them with the growing list of Prime benefits
  • Establish a global approach for A/B experimentation in engagement, using multitreatment experiments to confirm or disprove key hypotheses
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with UX designers to deliver customerfacing features

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
