In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in managing our returnable containers, ensuring their seamless movement through the perishable supply chain, even when they are outside our direct control.

Work Schedule This is a hybrid role where Monday and Friday are work-from-home days.
Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at our Colony Square office in Midtown.
Job

Responsibilities:


Manages the process for customer reporting of container shipments and maintains data and reports on customer shipments across all supply chains.

Create and maintain an audit schedule of customers.
Analyze customers' asset usage behaviors and report findings.
Complete customer asset utilization analysis (turns, losses, out-of-network shipments, and reporting) for sales-led customer reviews.
Continuously strives to improve processes in order to minimize losses and improve recoveries.
Acts as the central contact for Food Banks to recover assets.
Identifies, recommends, and follows through on opportunities for supply chain improvement related to Tosca's container assets.
Works closely with Tosca's sales and supply chain teams across all supply chains.

Qualifications:


Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance, supply chain, logistics, or asset management A Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, operations management, or logistics preferred Demonstrated success in analyzing key performance indicators to support business initiatives Strong verbal and written communication skills, including positive communication over the phone Ability to establish good rapport and interact with both internal and external Tosca customers High-level organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed in a changing work environment Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite is required, and working knowledge of relational databases is preferred.
