Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator:
  • Oversees the procurement of all inventory and billable supplies in collaboration with nursing and other departments.
  • Confirms supply deliveries, checks for any damages, and ensures accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Maintains and updates supply-related data using company software systems.
  • Distributes supplies to designated areas efficiently.
  • Collects data on billable supplies utilized by residents and inputs this information into the management system on a daily basis.
  • Assists in conducting regular physical inventory counts.
  • Ensures the supply area is secure and that supplies are inaccessible to residents at all times.
  • Sanitizes equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
  • Coordinates and verifies the rental of external equipment.
