At , we are building a 10x better way to do B2B sales via an end-to-end, AI-first GTM stack that unlocks unprecedented levels of automation for the sales reps. The existing GTM stack only gives reps a better UX to do their admin tasks. With Sybill, reps will not need to do them at all. All they will need to do is take customer calls and supervise the AI, enabling them to be super-sellers.

Our founding team from Stanford, Harvard and IITs has built a sales-specific, proprietary AI to extract highly accurate deal attributes, which unlocks these workflows. This AI-first GTM stack will disrupt both today's pigeonholed tools (Gong, Highspot, Scratchpad, Clari, Outreach) and remove the need for extensive middle management in GTM orgs.

With Sybill's conversational AI workflows, reps are seeing a remarkable behavior switch in their day-to-day lives and they just can't stop using the product (gross retention - 99%+). They are vocal about their love for Sybill on LinkedIn, enabling us to grow 20x to $1.2M in ARR last year.

Opportunity:

As the Outbound Growth Lead, you will lead the outbound pipeline building efforts at Sybill. You will work with multiple channels, test messaging, buyer personas within the ICP, and build pipe with continuous iterations. You will be working directly with our Co-founder & CMO, Nishit and our CRO, Ben. You would thrive in this role if you are excited about embracing first principles thinking to redefine and execute outbound growth marketing in a market flooded with generic cold outreach campaigns. You use AI, automations and your own smarts to get 3-5x the pipe built than a typical SDR team.

Responsibilities:

We've grown the team very carefully. You would be joining a small team of high performers and be expected to learn fast and define what outbound should look like for a high growth AI-first B2B software company. This role gives you a unique opportunity to:

  1. Leverage AI (like Clay) and automations (like Make) to create highly personalized and relevant outreach campaigns to the target market to generate high-quality leads and revenue.
  2. Master tools like Hubspot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Navigator, Make/Zapier and more for outbound growth.
  3. Smartly utilize multiple data sources, like intent data, website analytics, and more, to optimize campaign performance and drive strategic decisions.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing to produce compelling copy and assets tailored to diverse customer personas across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  5. Outreach to potential partners and influencers in the industry to amplify our reach and impact.
  6. Collaborate on growth strategy across the company, share funnel metrics regularly, be a liaison between sales and marketing.
  7. Maintain rigorous budgeting and forecasting for all outbound growth activities, ensuring maximum ROI.

What does success look like?

You are creating the pipe that helps the company grow to $20M+ in ARR, and outbound is the top growth channel. You would have crafted a personalized multi-channel strategy for reaching out to mid-market & enterprise sales teams at scale. You may have grown the outbound marketing team with excellent pipeline builders leveraging AI and automation.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in demand generation/outbound growth, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  2. Demonstrable expertise in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  3. Have a creative streak and exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  4. Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns, especially using AI tools like Clay.
  5. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.
  6. Preferred Skills:
    1. Prior experience with sales-tech or B2B SaaS products.
    2. Experience in roles focusing on growth marketing, sales development, account-based marketing, or similar top-of-funnel responsibilities.
