We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering an Agile environment, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality results. This role requires an on-site presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with various product owners and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.

Team Support: Provide collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching to support the Scrum Team and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

Vision and Roadmap: Collaborate with the team to define the vision and create the product roadmap based on that vision.

Backlog Management: Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on changing requirements and timelines.

Obstacle Removal: Create an effective environment for the team by removing obstacles and protecting the team from outside interruptions.

Stakeholder Relations: Maintain a positive relationship between the team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Track team velocity and project metrics, support changes, and promote continuous improvement to enhance productivity.

Risk Management: Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Agile Adherence: Ensure the team practices core Agile principles and adheres to VSP Agile standards.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: 5-10 years as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies.

Agile Expertise: Thorough understanding of Agile software development life cycle and hands-on experience with development teams.

Ceremonies Coordination: Experience in coordinating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.

Performance Tracking: Ability to track team performance using metrics and foster a high-performing Agile culture.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities.

Documentation: Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.

Certifications:

Required: CSM Certification (please upload under Reference Tab).

Preferred: PSM Certification.

Requirements:

Must be comfortable with on-site interviews.

Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align work effectively.

Strong ability to balance quality, scope, and schedule demands.
