Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Monitor and communicate project progress regarding schedule, costs, and risks to stakeholders and management.

- Offer training and support to end-users to maximize platform effectiveness.
Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing, and maintaining local master data systems across various business units is crucial. A strong understanding of data utilization to deliver business value is required, along with the ability to engage with data teams to discuss requirements. Experience in data governance concepts and implementations is necessary, as well as the ability to apply Agile methodologies to drive master data governance processes.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of software development life cycle models and Agile project management principles.
- Experience managing cloud-based solutions for data management and analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers to understand their business practices and manage expectations.
- Proven capability to set performance standards and hold team members accountable while maintaining engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, and team building.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to document business and system processes effectively.
- Capability to balance competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies.
- PMP and CSM Certifications are required; SAFe Certification is preferred.
- Experience with the SAFe framework is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and software systems, particularly Azure and Google Cloud.
- Experience with data processing and storage tools (e.g., Spark, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transportation data and project management within this domain is a plus.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure delivery is preferred.
- Experience managing large, multi-stream projects.
