WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Handle incoming calls from existing customers
  • Support with upgrades or influence retention of customers
  • Support sales transaction by advising customers on suitable products
  • Explain product features and benefits
  • Provide the best possible customer service
  • Deliver expert customer a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Inside Sales Representative role include:

  • High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1 year of sales experience (e.g. products, services, and/or call center experience) with at least one year's experience with one employer preferred
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Background clearance and Drug test required
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
