Some of these curriculums are already built and need to be revised and others need to be completely redone OR Created. Role: Training Coordinator

PURPOSE

Coordinates activities and/or supports the work of a learning and development team such as tracking training classes, assists with course preparation and close-out tasks, managing logistics and other support as needed. Assists with end to end tasks related to implementations, business readiness and communications associated with training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


• Performs administrative activities involved in Learning and Development including training enrollment, run training reports, materials production, and room set-up.


• Organizes all logistics for Learning and Development such as space scheduling, class material ordering, shipping, etc.


• Supports the development of reporting metrics to measure training effectiveness across the organization.


• Manages student enrollment and tracking information.


• Assists with managing content on learning repository such as SharePoint.


• Assists in the management of the Learning Management System.


• Assists with managing team inbox responding to requests and questions.


• Assists with the communication activities associated with training.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Education Details: Education Details: Business or related field

Experience: 1 year project related experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Proficiency

Advanced ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.

Advanced ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Advanced and effective written and interpersonal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
