Position Summary

The Technical Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operational and administrative functions within the IT department. This position is essential for ensuring that daily tasks are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential technical support to the IT team.
  • Assist IT management with various administrative tasks.
  • Support escalation teams and technicians with administrative inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize relevant technical databases and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate administrative meetings with technical staff.
  • Deliver administrative assistance to clients regarding technical issues.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED, along with one to three months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT, Helpdesk, or technical support roles.
  • Proficient in common software applications, including Microsoft Office and various Windows operating systems.
  • Possess the capability and enthusiasm to learn new tasks and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
