Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to present customized SAP integration solutions.Solution Presentation: Conduct in-depth presentations and demonstrations of our SAP integration solutions. Articulate the value proposition, benefits, and competitive advantages of our offerings to potential clients.Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the SAP integration space. Utilize this knowledge to position our solutions effectively and identify new opportunities.Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing ongoing support and addressing any post-sale issues or concerns. Work closely with the delivery team to ensure successful implementation and value realization.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on sales performance and progress.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the technology or ERP space, with a focus on SAP integration solutions preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies, ERP systems, and digital transformation. Familiarity with related software solutions and industry best practices.Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and other decision-makers.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP or sales are a plus.Technology: Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools for remote work.Travel: 30% travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
