Position Summary
The Director of Practice Growth and Practice Services will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the growth and success of dental practices through comprehensive B2B and B2B2C services. This role is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that foster clinical excellence and business growth, ensuring dental practices can effectively serve their patients and expand their market reach. The director will be responsible for building new revenue streams and building and leading a high-performing team. They will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and dental professionals to deliver value-driven services that align with our company's vision and goals. This individual will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in our Andover, MA office

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and execution of educational programs for dental practices.
  • Managing marketing and communication strategies to promote practice growth services.
  • Coordinating with sales teams to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for internal teams to support practice growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for B2B practice growth and services to generate new revenue.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of programs that enhance clinical and practice growth.
  • Drive the integration of innovative technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of practice services.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand service offerings and generate additional revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to continually improve and adapt strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support dental practices in enhancing patient engagement and generating new revenue.
  • Design and execute educational programs and resources for dental practices to improve patient care.
  • Manage the development of marketing and communication strategies targeting end consumers.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to expand service offerings and enhance patient engagement.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to increase revenue through patient-focused initiatives.
  • Monitor patient feedback and market trends to refine and improve service offerings.

Management Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing B2B and B2B2C strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the dental industry, including clinical and practice management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Superior organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, and proficiency in presenting product ideas.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with B2C strategies and consumer engagement.
  • Experience in developing and executing direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience working as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) or within a dental practice, understanding the operational and clinical aspects of running a practice.
