Flexible Scheduling: We offer a variety of shifts including 8, 12, or 16 hours, primarily during morning and overnight hours, with options for mid shifts as well. Enjoy the freedom to choose your schedule—work as much or as little as you prefer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Conduct focused interviews to determine specific patient needs.
- Monitor and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members, documenting nursing diagnoses as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned relevant to the role of a Practical Nursing Specialist.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current Practical Nurse license in the respective state.
- Hold a valid Health Certificate as required by the facility.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray documentation is necessary.
- Must have a valid BLS certification.
- Preferred: At least one year of prior experience as a Practical Nurse.
