Job Summary: The Security and Safety team focuses on providing quality leadership, services, and solutions to ensure people, the environment, and company assets are protected efficiently.

Work Model: This role is based 100% on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining end-user issue information and data in the tracking system
  • Developing and implementing security plans for computer assets
  • Coordinating and conducting security inspections, tests, and reviews
  • Supporting IT security development
  • Ensuring compliance with security policies and translating customer requirements into technical solutions
  • Conducting software/hardware evaluations, audits, and reviews
  • Engaging with customers to facilitate requests
  • Investigating and reporting security incidents

Requirements for Success:

  • High School Diploma with experience or Associate's Degree
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and network principles
  • Troubleshooting skills and relevant security certifications
  • Experience in providing on-site security support and maintaining necessary clearances

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
  • Experience in RMF process and incident response
  • Previous Special Access Program exposure
  • Project management expertise and relevant certifications

Compensation: The annual salary range is $87,000 to $155,000.
