Uni Kraft Cabinetry is a family-owned factory-direct cabinetry store seeking the right individual looking to join our growing sales and design team for long-term employment

A cabinetry designer and salesperson will have a diverse set of skills and responsibilities for inside and outside sales.

Uni Kraft will provide on the job training for meeting with customers, bidding out projects, and completing the design process within the showroom.

Ideal candidates have some background experience in customer service and sales. Previous experience and/or education in design/cabinetry preferred.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, meeting with walk-in customers, maintaining the appearance of the showroom, and general office duties
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations
  • Input measurement information into 2020 Technologies program to create design intent layouts and renderings during consultation
  • Using QuickBooks to work up quotes, finalize orders, collect payments, and submit all appropriate paperwork to production in a timely manner in order to meet the customer's schedule
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to keep accurate records on accounts
  • Must be able to prioritize work/deadlines based on client and company needs
  • Other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be proactive
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work individually and with a variety of personalities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and basic construction, cabinetry, and countertop knowledge
  • Experience with 20/20 Technologies or other cabinet design software preferable

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
