Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc. in Oregon City, Oregon.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children and families to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapy services, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics preferred.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
