Role Overview

As the Lead Operations Strategist, your primary focus will be on establishing and guiding Safety and Operational Strategies. You will oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for all sites within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist wind farm Service Managers in creating conditions that boost team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure client satisfaction while developing strategies for customer relations and operational excellence in the area.
  • Formulate Long-Term Strategies and maintain regional P&L equilibrium, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), revenue, and budget in collaboration with the Regional Director and Business Vice President.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources, processes, and procedures, and propose investments to enhance the Onshore Service organization while actively supporting business initiatives to improve operational and financial efficiency.
  • Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring they are implemented, maintained, and updated according to local regulations.
  • Stay informed about developments in the wind and sustainable energy market within your region.

Qualifications

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree along with applicable professional experience.
  • Experience in the wind energy sector is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Financial expertise with comprehensive P&L responsibility, including knowledge of essential metrics and KPIs.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Capability to safely ascend a wind turbine.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
