The Digital Adoption Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and tracking the effectiveness of HeartFlow's digital adoption content and initiatives. These include communication, customer support, learning and development, and product usability initiatives to drive adoption and engagement with HeartFlow solutions. The Digital Adoption Manager works closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to develop and execute a holistic program for digital adoption with a focus on enhancing the customer experience, ensuring customers maximize HeartFlow to the fullest capability and expanding traditional communication and documentation processes. #LI-IB1; #LI-Remote;

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand department and company goals for digital adoption software and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new business processes with the introduction of a digital adoption platform.
  • Manage and measure the execution of digital adoption initiatives.
  • Analyze adoption, support, usage, platform and customer feedback data and trends to identify opportunities to improve or create new content and digital walkthroughs.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption and collect solution ideas and requests.
  • Perform needs assessment and prioritization of digital adoption requests.
  • Develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and weak points.
  • Quickly design solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate and drive content reviews to ensure timely release of customer communication and content.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience and an adequate return on investment (ROI) from digital adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure a standardized look, feel, and brand adherence of digital content.
  • Promote the value of digital adoption across HeartFlow.
  • Support other digital adoption solution builders across the organization with platform usage or content creation advice and issues.

Skills Needed:

  • Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

  • B.S or B.A. degree, preferably in a technical or clinical discipline
  • 5+ years work experience in learning and development, technical writing or digital adoption product owner roles
  • Prior experience working in the health care industry or a regulated environment is preferred

This position has an estimated base salary of $125,000 to $175,000, cash bonus and stock options.
