- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and design best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive design innovation and excellence.
- Manage design resources and capacity to ensure efficient and effective design processes.
- Provide meaningful and actionable feedback on design work to ensure high-quality design solutions.
- 2+ years of experience managing small product design teams in an international context.
- 5+ years of experience with industry-leading design tools, such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, and Adobe Suite.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, user experience, information architecture, interaction design, and/or visual design.
- Strong understanding of visual design, information hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
