We are looking for an energetic results-oriented candidate to join our fast-paced digital communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for the roadmap delivery and stakeholder management for the UnitedHealth Group intranet (Sparq Online) and support overall general intranet operations.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation, prioritization, and delivery of the intranet roadmap in alignment with stakeholder and company needs with a specific focus on delivering a great audience experience
  • Review user requirements, ask questions and provide suggestions when needed
  • Frequently interact with cross-functional teams including our internal/ external/ digital/ people/finance/communications' teams, developers, and Corporate Affairs via touchpoints such as monthly updates, daily scrums, etc.
  • Coordinate the entire feature process from ideation through research, requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and analysis
  • Manage day-to-day governance issues, business partner support, escalations of assigned communication channel(s)
  • Manage and champion optimization and personalization across communication channel(s)
  • Understand content personalization options and new content, campaigns and assets that require updates to site
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the assigned communication channel(s)
  • Develop and maintain tagging strategy, in support of information architecture
  • Develop and maintain user training and self-help documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a product management, digital capabilities, or webmaster role
  • 2+ years of experience with content management systems (SharePoint preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience working with a development team in an Agile environment (ie. writing feature or story requirements)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Awareness of web accessibility (WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA)
  • Experience with SharePoint Content Management System and other Microsoft web tools like Power Automate, Lists, and Forms
  • Experiencing analyzing data or working in analytics

Other Skills

  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail and solid organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills; comfortable asking and answering questions
  • Ability to independently prioritize workload
