Job Summary:We are seeking a Production Supervisor to support the completion of manufacturing operations in our critically staffed areas. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of managing the production for the facility during assigned shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage front-line manufacturing employees to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance to area standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and diagnose machine and tooling problems to minimize downtime and interruption of schedules.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisor or leadership role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.
- Working knowledge of LEAN six sigma.
