Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is a leading provider of water recovery, treatment, and reuse solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team and support the completion of manufacturing operations in our critically staffed areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of managing production for the facility during assigned shifts.
- Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery are met.
- Perform daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
- Manage hourly population of employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisor or leadership role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.
- Working knowledge of LEAN six sigma.
