Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of managing production for the facility during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery are met.
  • Perform daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
  • Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
  • Manage hourly population of employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisor or leadership role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace.
  • Working knowledge of LEAN six sigma.
