We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available to our members.

• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available to our members.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating stock and ensuring shelves are clean and well-stocked.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.

• Food Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a prepared foods or café setting.
• Food Safety Certification: Current food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
