About the Position:

As a Senior Product Manager at VideaHealth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product suite. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch new features and enhancements, ensuring that our products exceed customer expectations and drive business growth through self-service adoption and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Obsession: This is a given with most product roles, but we take this to another level. You will manage a consistent feedback loop from the customer to ensure you put them in the center of all of our decisions.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and regularly iterate on the strategy for your product line to inspire and guide the direction of your squad and drive the desired outcomes.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize key initiatives and features, and support GTM teams with your product roadmap.
  • Product Definition: We need someone who can understand the customer, frame the problem, and collaborate with product design and engineering to figure out how to solve the customer problem. We are not looking for detailed specification writers.
  • Product Development: Run a lean process that includes rapid experimentation and developing regular insights to inform the product direction.
  • User Experience: Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that product features are intuitive, engaging, and accessible, with a focus on driving self-service adoption and satisfaction.
  • Analytics & Iteration: Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and behavioral data to iterate on features, optimize user experiences, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful product launches

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX-centric product management roles, with a focus on SaaS products and a strong emphasis on self-service adoption and SMB customer segments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven success managing products that are pre-product market fit.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Experience running experiments and rapidly iterating based on learnings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
