A Day in the Life:

This role is responsible for training and development of FNOL's First Party Examiners and CRU's Recovery Specialist that includes support for questions, ongoing training, and issue files. They are expected to work in a fast pace environment and process cases in a timely manner while assisting in mentoring type functions. This role works directly with the Subro supervisors with delegated duties such as, but not limited to, detaching new reports, assisting with audits, handling escalated issues, etc.

We expect the starting salary to be around $18/hr; the actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for training and development for Subrogation including scheduled training courses, ongoing training, and updating/distributing playbook to new and current staff.
  • Identify key training opportunities that are made visible through escalation/weekly audits and implementing training courses and material based on these opportunities.
  • Assist with delegated responsibilities from management that require a higher level understanding of the claims process including special projects.
  • Handle escalated email and calls regarding claim processing and following up with external and internal customers.

  • Previous claims experience required.
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
