Position Overview
The role of the Insurance Servicing Associate Team Lead I involves providing essential leadership and oversight to the insurance operations team. Key Responsibilities
1. Utilize extensive knowledge of operational processes and client-specific protocols to support various workflows and address complex processing challenges.
2. Supervise the daily activities of the team by coordinating tasks, evaluating performance, and offering constructive feedback.
3. Mentor and develop team leads by overseeing their managerial duties and providing guidance.
4. Ensure the delivery of precise and efficient processing services through regular quality assessments, tracking team contributions, and maintaining compliance with established standards.
5. Conduct evaluations and inspections of services and operational processes.
6. Support direct reports by promoting adherence to service expectations, collaborating with management on performance reviews, and advocating for best practices.

Qualifications

  • A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
