WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

What will help you succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field. Proven track record in sales within the BFSI sector. Strong communication, negotiation, sales planning, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Have a rolodex of strong industry relationships coupled with strong relationship building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.

Compensation:

Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be between $150,000 to $180,000. This position is also eligible for commission bonuses between 2-3%. Specific offer details are determined by carefully considering a variety of factors, including the candidate's primary work location, skills, experience, education, market demands, and internal parity.
