Summary:
This position is responsible for implementing new HR programs and providing training on these programs. This position also leverages data analytics to drive business improvements, particularly in the People functions within the company (HR, Safety, and Training). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Success Factors, SAP EC, ADP, and other HRIS platforms, as well as Power BI and other data visualization tools. This position reports directly to the HR Manager and plays a crucial role in various HR projects and initiatives. This role is a hybrid position in Charlotte, NC and requires less than 20% travel.
Responsibilities:
HR Analytics:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.
  • Utilize data to identify trends, forecast HR needs, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Incorporate AI tools & methodologies to enhance data analysis and predictive modeling.

HRIS Maintenance:

  • Audit HR data to ensure master data quality and troubleshoot irregularities.
  • Researches best practices and trends in HRIS and recommends process and service improvements
  • Stay abreast of latest developments of the FLSA, Equal pay Act and other laws and regulations related to compensation to ensure compliance.

Program Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of new HR programs and systems. Service as liaison between HR, IT, external vendors and other stakeholders for HR projects
  • Assist in review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades. Identify areas of impact and educate the impacted HR team on enhancements and document changes and result
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of initiatives.

Training and Support:

  • Design and deliver training for employees and managers on HR systems and processes.
  • Act as the HR helpdesk, providing support and resolving system-related issues.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and other training materials to facilitate smooth system transitions.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented programs, adjusting as needed.
  • Support managers in the People functions to evaluate and optimize processes.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, ensuring clear and concise information sharing.
  • Partner with managers to address inquiries and provide guidance on HR systems and processes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to enhance the overall HR service delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP Success Factors, SAP EC, ADP, and other HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience in HR program implementation and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of business functions and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at a computer for up to eight (8) hours a day.
  • Ability to stand for at least forty-five (45) minutes at a time and lift thirty-five (35) pounds at waist level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR or related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Knowledge of current HR trends and best practices.

The salary range offered for this position is $65k - $80k per year.
