Project Manager - Payroll and HR Systems

This role requires experience with Dayforce systems and a strong understanding of project management principles. As a PayTech Project Manager, you will work closely with clients to implement and optimize their Payroll and HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects of varying complexities, including HCM system implementations, optimization of systems and processes, and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client systems, processes, and people to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement recommendations for system optimization, including automation, data cleanup, and additional training.
  • Work closely with clients and vendor teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Manage various aspects of the Open Enrollment process, including benefit plan setup and configuration, carrier file feed changes, and communication plan development.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills and experience with Dayforce systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work closely with clients and vendor teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
