Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the growth of our Data Analytics practice, leading presales, RFP responses, and Proof of Concept (POC) for customer acquisition.
  2. Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, including Time & Effort estimation and solution provision.
  3. Ensure the quality of delivery of solutions on projects, taking ownership of the process.
  4. Mentor and perform Performance Management of team members, enhancing their technical skills.
  5. Oversee resource planning and deployment on projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  6. Focus on Retention & Career Development of Team Members, supporting their growth within the organization.
  7. Contribute to Resource Acquisition & Selection procedures, ensuring the best fit for our team.
  8. Make informed decisions on the rotation of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Solution Architects across projects, based on delivery demands.
  9. Monitor and improve skill levels within the team, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex projects.
  10. Encourage innovative ideas and knowledge sharing among team members, creating challenging opportunities for growth.
  11. Ensure adherence to Data Engineering standard Solutions by team members.
  12. Ensure team members comply with internal processes and procedures.
As a member of our Centre of Excellence
  • Provide expert Anaplan functionality-related support across projects.
  • Stay ahead of new offerings and functionalities in the EPM domain, exploring and understanding their potential.
  • Audit Solutions proposed across projects, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in Anaplan and Business Planning (FP&A, Supply Chain, HR, Sales) with a strong focus on at least two of these areas.
  2. Effective communication and proactive planning skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  3. Assertive and solution-oriented, with the ability to meet strict timelines and adhere to processes.
  4. Proficient in Anaplan and its services, with experience in POCs, demos, and RFP responses.
  5. Well-versed in estimation methodology and able to perform estimations in the sales process.
  6. Able to perform reviews and audits for project phases and project documents.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
  8. Familiarity with Project Implementation methodologies, such as Agile Methodologies.
  9. Capable of mentoring and building teams, enhancing technical skills for team members.
