HR Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager & Analytics Lead to provide program management, reporting, and analytic support to our HR Business Partners who support Software Development & IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan, collaborate, and monitor critical HR programs from conception through implementation.
- Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Develop reports, prepare analyses, and make predictions based on data and analysis.
- Prepare recommendations for decisions based on data and analysis.
- Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provide insight to users.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
- Demonstrated PC skills and MS Office skills - Expert in Excel.
- Analytical skills as well as writing, presentation, and data visualization skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
- Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years: Project Management and Reporting and Analysis within a HR function - 5+.
