General Summary:
This position is responsible for processing all payments for goods and services necessary for the company's operation
Major Responsibilities:
Ability to enter, code and process all invoices into computer system.
Sort all invoices by divisions.
Processing all checks.
Ensuring all invoices receive proper approval.
Communicate with vendors regarding payments.
Processing production payments for foreign vendors
Special projects as needed
Other duties may be assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
N/A
Specific Job Skills:
Excellent, communication, customer service and time management skills are essential.
Good organizational skills
Detail-oriented
General knowledge of accounting and understanding general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices
Ability to type at least 40 wpm
Assertive and able to work in a fast paced environment, independently
Strong follow-up and completion skills
Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years experience is required.
Language Skills:
