The role is in the hospitality industry and requires a detail-oriented individual with a knack for mathematics and a proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the process of invoice coding and check runs efficiently.
• Manage and reconcile account payables.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial data is electronically recorded.
• Utilize QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP to streamline financial operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial matters.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed.
• Process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Ensure all financial operations adhere to company policies and regulations.• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Solid experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Check Runs processes
• Proficiency in Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Ability to handle Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software
• Familiarity with SAP software
