Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Client Account Manager to support our financial clients in the fast paced, highly regulated, secure communications industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients on a daily basis to manage incoming requests, changes, issues, etc.
- Work directly with internal departments to fulfill client's requests by desired due dates.
- Create detailed project specifications and manage timelines and communications related to projects.
- Support Client Service department needs and projects as assigned.
You Must Have:
- 2+ years client account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze technical specifications and project details
- Excellent organization and time management skills
We Would Also Prefer:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of transactional print and/or Secure Communications
- Client relationship & Project management experience
