Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial products play in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
  • Self-motivated and proactive in addressing challenges
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly in Spanish, are preferred
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
