Leading all Corporate consolidation processes including Monthly Close reporting, Capital and Expense Forecasting, and Annual Budgeting.

Essential Duties:

Lead FP&A team of 3-4 Financial Analysts through process cycles and professional development.Establish and effectively execute FP&A calendar of activities across ShamrockDrive process improvements which translate into productivity and/or time savingsPartner with Finance across Shamrock to drive efficient financial processesServe as business partner to Senior Management for regular and ad-hoc analytical requestsDevelop a detailed understanding of the business, providing explanations for variances and recommendationsDevelop technical expertise in analytical tools and techniques and serve as a resource to others across the EnterpriseDevelop and maintain financial planning models to support the business, such as development of models for 3-to-5-year strategic plans, and capital investment analysesOther duties may be assignedQualifications:Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance, and 5+ years of related experience; candidate must have 3+ years of managerial experience; MBA is a plusExperience in leading/managing process cycles (Close, Forecast, Budget) and driving efficiencies within themProven ability to analyze and translate data into actionable informationStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams)Planful forecasting software experienceAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet month-end, budget and other deadlinesProven ability to prioritize workload, multi-taskMust have strong communication, problem solving skills and bias for action.
