About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Documentation Review: Review and verify consumer and commercial loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collateral Management: Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure the collateralization of loans on our revolving line of credit.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve documentation gaps and ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Transaction Processing: Process loan transactions, including advances and paydowns, incoming wire transactions, and maintenance fee collection.
  • Collateral Tracking: Update the Collateral Tracking Application and reports to ensure accurate and timely communication of loan status to clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and three or more years of experience in lending, preferably with a variety of loan types including real estate, consumer, and commercial products.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and commercial banking products and services. Proficient in multi-tasking in a team-oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, especially speaking and listening skills, to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
