FULL ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • Designing and implementing effective financial programs covering capital management, funding, investments, cash flow oversight, budgeting, auditing, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance, all while adhering to the guidelines set forth by the Board of Directors.
  • Contributing to the Bank's strategic business planning, including the formulation of annual budgets and capital strategies, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leading the Management Asset/Liability Committee to manage interest rate risks and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Supporting capital raising initiatives and preparing for potential public offerings, while managing shareholder communications.
  • Evaluating and optimizing the Bank's asset and liability structure to enhance profitability and manage interest rate risks effectively.
  • Conducting comprehensive financial reporting and analysis for the Board of Directors and senior management, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial data.
  • Establishing and enforcing accounting policies and internal controls, while conducting profitability analyses across various business lines.
  • Overseeing the preparation of all regulatory reports and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participating in the assessment of merger and acquisition opportunities and preparing financial projections for potential deals.
  • Ensuring adherence to audit standards and quality control measures across all financial operations.
  • Demonstrating integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions, fostering a culture of respect and accountability.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience in financial management.
  • Experience in a non-restrictive office environment with the ability to perform various physical tasks as needed.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools for reporting and analysis.

Salary Range: Competitive compensation based on experience.
