Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Billing Specialist compiles client data and prepares invoices and other computerized bills. Duties and tasks may vary depending on assigned client group.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of billing experience required.
  • Strong bookkeeping skills required.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including experience with Excel, Pivot Tables and Outlook.
  • Must work with a high degree of accuracy, courtesy, timeliness, logic and structure. Attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Willingness to handle simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines and work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work and interact with clients and other departments.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
