Business Process Analyst (Technology)

We will count on you to:

  • Investigate and triage, application issues and inquiries by working with business partners, vendors, and our IT partners
  • Coordinate with Operations to submit tickets for enhancement requests, production fixes and research requests
  • Engage in discussions with users to capture issues and exceptions in various ways (prototypes, discovery sessions, calls, meetings, workshops) and relaying these items back to the IT team
  • Participates and leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for monthly sprint releases. Coordinates with the business to obtain testers and gather sign-off on the respective items
  • Analysis of data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness
  • Provide support to the business for reporting needs
  • Partake in project work and other duties as assigned
  • Assist with SOC Audit requirements

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; must be a self-starter, proactive, responsive, critical thinker, analytical, and resourceful
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite

The applicable base salary range for this role is $46,500 to $92,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
