Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR presence and support for our Iowa office and employees, as well as business leaders in the Midwest region.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business leaders, providing HR advice and guidance where necessary.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services on employee experience, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Partner with People Relations Partners on coaching and counseling leaders on policies and procedures.
  • Coaching and counseling leaders in matters involving performance, conduct, and working relationships.
  • Identify training needs in partnership with Business Leaders, People Relations Partners, and the Talent Development function.
  • Stay informed about employment laws, regulations, and other legal requirements related to people management, in partnership with People Relations Partners and the Legal team.
  • Work with the HRBP and People Relations team to offer guidance on the creation, revision, and implementation of HR processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with mid-west Production leaders to aid and guide on people-related issues and initiatives.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen by understanding business financials.
  • Analyzed market trends, conducted competitive analyses, and adapted strategies accordingly.
  • Leveraged industry insights to inform decision-making and drive organizational success.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Licensure/Certifications: None required.
  • Experience: At least 5-8 years in Human Resources, preferably in a business partnering role.
