Job Description

The Coordinator, Current Production will support one SVP and two VPs of Current Programming within NBCUniversal's Unscripted Lifestyle & Documentaries Content team. The Coordinator will also serve as an office liaison, communicating with internal divisions, external businesses, and the creative community.

Essential Responsibilities

Manage phones, calendars, and contact management
Manage expenses and coordinate travel
Regularly interface with creative executives, agents, producers, and talent
Liaise with internal departments (legal, press, digital, social, etc.)
Track internal docs (i.e. status of pitches, what has been passed on, what the team is acquiring)
Track multiple productions and manage the master production calendar
Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Professional demeanor with great customer service skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Be a proactive self-starter

Desired Characteristics
1+ years work experience in Television Programming
Highly creative with strong interest in reality & documentary programming
