ActionLink is seeking a dynamic and experiencedFull Time Temporary Traveling Reset Merchandising Team Lead/Supervisorto join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the reset and merchandising activities across various retail locations. You will lead a team of merchandisers, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

We are a premier provider of retail merchandising services, specializing in the electronics sector. We partner with leading big box electronics retailers to optimize store layouts and product displays, enhancing the shopping experience and driving sales.

Duties

  • Lead and Supervise:Manage a team of reset merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project execution
  • Project Coordination:Plan and coordinate reset projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics
  • Quality Assurance:Ensure all merchandising resets are completed according to safety standards and client specifications
  • Travel:Travel extensively to select retail locations to oversee the full execution of assigned reset projects
  • Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, store managers, and team members
  • Problem-Solving:Address and resolve any issues that arise during reset projects, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations
  • Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, team performance, and any challenges encountered

What we offer:

  • Compensation: $62-68K plus travel allowances
  • W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule and direct deposit

  • This role is a temporaryposition designed to address specific project needs that will tentatively last for 3 months. There is a strong possibility for additional work based on your performance and the evolving needs within our teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in new store set up, remodels, and/or retail merchandising with some supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and accommodate a flexed/open Full time schedule (eg, late nights, early mornings, weekends as needed)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and move merchandise, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Access to hand tools, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, work gloves, cordless drill and battery charger
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
